ते तत्र नियता: काल कंचिदृषुर्नरर्षभा: । मात्रा सहैकचक्रायां ब्राह्मणस्य निवेशने,उस एकचक्रा नगरीमें वे नरश्रेष्ठ पाण्डव अपनी माताके साथ एक ब्राह्मणके घरमें कुछ कालतक टिके रहे

Transliteration

te tatra niyatāḥ kālaṁ kañcid ūṣuḥ naraṛṣabhāḥ | mātrā sahaikacakrāyāṁ brāhmaṇasya niveśane ||

Translation

Vaiśaṃpāyana dijo: Allí, los Pāṇḍavas—hombres como toros entre los héroes—vivieron por algún tiempo con dominio de sí y en ocultamiento, junto con su madre, en la morada de un brāhmaṇa en la ciudad de Ekacakrā. El episodio subraya la prudente templanza y la confianza en la hospitalidad justa mientras permanecían escondidos.
