तस्मिंश्न गतमात्रे5थ राजा गौरमुखे तदा । मन्त्रिभिर्मन्त्रयामास सह संविग्नमानस:,गौरमुखके चले जानेपर राजाने उद्विग्नचित्त हो मन्त्रियोंके साथ गुप्त मन्त्रणा की
tasmiṁś ca gata-mātre ’tha rājā gauramukhe tadā | mantribhir mantrayāmāsa saha saṁvigna-mānasaḥ ||
Apenas hubo partido Gauramukha, el rey, con el ánimo inquieto, celebró entonces una deliberación confidencial con sus ministros.
गौरयुख उवाच
A ruler should not act impulsively when disturbed or uncertain; instead, he should seek measured counsel from trusted ministers. The verse points to prudence and deliberation as key elements of rajadharma.
