तवैव कर्म विहितं भूतं सर्व चराचरम् । त्वया55पो विहिता: पूर्व त्वयि सर्वमिदं जगत्,तथा आपके ही द्वारा कर्मोंका विधान किया गया है और सम्पूर्ण चराचर प्राणियोंकी उत्पत्ति भी आपसे ही हुई है। आपसे ही पूर्वकालमें जलकी सृष्टि हुई है और आपमें ही यह सम्पूर्ण जगत् प्रतिष्ठित है
tavaiva karma vihitaṃ bhūtaṃ sarvaṃ carācaram | tvayāpo vihitāḥ pūrvaṃ tvayi sarvam idaṃ jagat |
Mandapāla declara al Señor a quien se dirige que sólo a Él pertenece el ordenamiento del acto y del destino: de Él nace toda la creación, lo móvil y lo inmóvil. Fue Él quien, en el tiempo primordial, hizo surgir primero las aguas, y en Él queda establecido el universo entero.
