आकाशमेघवर्णनम् / Description of the Sky Filled with Rain-Clouds
शुभ्र॑ दिव्यममर्त्यानाममृतस्याकरं परम् । अप्रमेयमचिन्त्यं च सुपुण्यजलसम्मितम्,वह शुभ्र, दिव्य, अमरोंके अमृतका उत्तम उत्पत्ति-स्थान, अप्रमेय, अचिन्त्य तथा परम पवित्र जलसे परिपूर्ण था
śubhraṁ divyam amartyānām amṛtasyākaraṁ param | aprameyam acintyaṁ ca supuṇyajala-sammitam ||
Śaunaka dijo: «Era radiante y celestial: una fuente suprema de néctar para los inmortales. Era inconmensurable e inconcebible, y estaba colmada de aguas santísimas».
शौनक उवाच
The verse emphasizes reverence for the divine and the sacred: some realities—purity, holiness, and cosmic sources of blessing—are described as immeasurable and inconceivable, inviting humility and awe rather than mere intellectual grasping.
Śaunaka is describing a wondrous, supremely pure and divine locus—portrayed as a reservoir/source of amṛta and holy waters—highlighting its extraordinary, beyond-human qualities.
