अथ तं॑ पुरुषव्याप्रमन्तर्जलचरो महान्‌ । जग्राह चरणे ग्राह: कुन्तीपुत्रं धनंजयम्‌,इतनेमें ही जलके भीतर विचरनेवाले एक महान ग्राहने नरश्रेष्ठ कुन्तीकुमार धनंजयका एक पैर पकड़ लिया

Transliteration

atha taṁ puruṣavyāpram antarjalacaro mahān | jagrāha caraṇe grāhaḥ kuntīputraṁ dhanañjayam ||

Translation

Dijo Vaiśampāyana: En ese instante, un poderoso cocodrilo que se movía bajo el agua apresó el pie de Dhanañjaya (Arjuna), hijo de Kuntī.
