सर्वशिल्पविदस्तत्र वासायाभ्यागमंस्तदा । उद्यानानि च रम्याणि नगरस्य समन्ततः,था, बुइर,.! सब प्रकारकी शिल्पकलाके जानकार मनुष्य भी उन दिनों इन्द्रप्रस्थमें निवास करनेके लिये आ गये थे। नगरके चारों ओर रमणीय उद्यान थे
sarvaśilpavidastatra vāsāyābhyāgamans tadā | udyānāni ca ramyāṇi nagarasya samantataḥ ||
Dijo Vāyu: «Entonces, artesanos diestros en todo oficio también llegaron para establecerse. Y alrededor de la ciudad había jardines deleitosos.»
वायुदेव उवाच
A well-founded realm is marked by the presence of skilled artisans and by public beauty and wellbeing—prosperity expressed through constructive work, culture, and pleasant surroundings rather than mere conquest.
Vāyu describes the growth of the city (contextually Indraprastha): experts in many crafts arrive to settle, and the city is encircled by attractive gardens, indicating its rapid development and refinement.
