ततो भगवता तस्य शिरश्छिन्नमलंकृतम्‌ | चक्रायुधेन चक्रेण पिबतो5मृतमोजसा,तब चक्रधारी भगवान्‌ श्रीहरिने अमृत पीनेवाले उस दानवका मुकुटमण्डित मस्तक चक्रद्वारा बलपूर्वक काट दिया

Transliteration

tato bhagavatā tasya śiraś chinnam alaṅkṛtam | cakrāyudhena cakreṇa pibato 'mṛtam ojasā ||

Translation

Entonces el Bienaventurado Señor, portador del disco, con su disco-arma cercenó con fuerza la cabeza del demonio, adornada con corona, mientras bebía el néctar con gran ímpetu. El episodio afirma que, aunque alguien intente aferrar la inmortalidad por engaño o por medios injustos, la justicia divina interviene para sostener el orden cósmico.
