तथा तु तेषां वसतां तस्मिन् राष्ट्र महात्मनाम् अतिचक्राम सुमहान् कालो5थ भरतर्षभ,भरतवंशशिरोमणे! इस प्रकार उस राष्ट्रमें निवास करते हुए महात्मा पाण्डवोंका बहुत समय बीत गया
vaiśampāyana uvāca | tathā tu teṣāṃ vasatāṃ tasmin rāṣṭre mahātmanām aticakrāma sumahān kālo ’tha bharatarṣabha bharatavaṃśaśiromaṇe |
Vaiśampāyana dijo: Así, mientras aquellos hombres de gran alma vivían en aquel reino, transcurrió un tiempo larguísimo, oh el mejor de los Bhāratas, joya cimera del linaje Bharata.
