Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tena vikramamāṇena ūruvegasaṃīritam | vanaṃ savṛkṣaviṭapaṃ vyāghūrṇitam ivābhavat ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Oh rey Janamejaya, cuando Bhīmasena avanzó a grandes zancadas, el bosque—agitado por el tremendo ímpetu de su velocidad—pareció arremolinarse, con sus árboles y sus ramas entrelazadas.
