Adhyāya 129 — Public Acclaim of the Pāṇḍavas and Duryodhana’s Appeal to Dhṛtarāṣṭra
The verse highlights the ethical value of complete and truthful reporting: events often contain both merit (guṇa) and fault (doṣa), and responsible narration acknowledges the full complexity without concealment.
Vaiśampāyana reports that Pāṇḍu’s son (contextually Bhīma) recounts in full what transpired in Nāgaloka, including all aspects—good and bad—of the events that occurred there.
