धन्या त्वमसि बाह्नलीकि मत्तो भाग्यतरा तथा | दृष्टवत्यसि यद्‌ वक्‍त्रं प्रह्ृष्टस्य महीपते:

Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca |

Dhanyā tvam asi bāhnalīki matto bhāgyatarā tathā |

Dṛṣṭavaty asi yad vaktraṃ prahṛṣṭasya mahīpateḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana dijo: «Oh princesa de Bāhnalīka, eres verdaderamente dichosa—más afortunada aún que yo—pues has contemplado el rostro del rey, radiante de júbilo».
