The Birth of Kṛpa and Kṛpī; Kṛpa’s Attainment of Astras
ऋषय ऊचु: अस्ति वै तव धर्मात्मन् विद्यो देवोपमं शुभम्,ऋषि बोले--धर्मात्मा नरेश! तुम्हें पापरहित देवोपम शुभ संतान होनेका योग है, यह हम दिव्यदृष्टिसे जानते हैं। नरव्याप्र! भाग्यने जिसे दे रखा है, उस फलको प्रयत्नद्वारा प्राप्त कीजिये
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ—asti vai tava dharmātman vidyo devopamaṃ śubham |
Los sabios dijeron: «Oh justo, percibimos para ti un destino bendito: descendencia resplandeciente como los dioses. Con nuestra visión divina sabemos que está libre de pecado. Por ello, oh rey, esfuérzate por alcanzar el fruto que la fortuna ya te ha asignado».
