सत्यवादी शमपरस्तपस्वी दग्धकिल्बिष: । समुत्पन्न: स तु महान् सह पित्रा ततो गतः,“वे सत्यवादी, शान्त, तपस्वी और पापशान्य हैं। वे उत्पन्न होते ही बड़े होकर उस द्वीपसे अपने पिताके साथ चले गये थे
satyavādī śamaparaḥ tapasvī dagdhakilbiṣaḥ | samutpannaḥ sa tu mahān saha pitrā tato gataḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana dijo: Era veraz, entregado a la calma interior y firme en la austeridad; sus culpas habían sido consumidas por el fuego. Y apenas venido al mundo, pronto creció hasta la grandeza, y luego partió de aquel lugar junto con su padre.
