Suta Goswami (narrating a Shaiva yogic teaching within the Linga Purana discourse)
It internalizes Linga-upāsanā: Shiva (Pati) is to be realized as the Supreme Presence within the heart-space, not only as an external emblem—turning worship into inner absorption through prāṇa and awareness.
Shiva is presented as Para (transcendent) yet immanent as the inner indweller across nāḍī, prāṇa, cognition, and bliss—beyond all states while shining within them.
A graded yogic ascent: nāḍī-śuddhi and prāṇa-sādhana leading to refined vijñāna and ānanda, culminating in contemplation of Shiva in the hṛdyākāśa (inner heart-space).
