Adhyaya 84: शिवव्रतकथनम्
Uma–Maheshvara Vrata, Shula-dana, and Month-wise Ekabhakta Vrata
ब्राह्मणान् भोजयित्वा च पूर्वोक्तमखिलं भवेत् कृत्वा भाद्रपदे मासि शोभनं शालिपर्वतम्
brāhmaṇān bhojayitvā ca pūrvoktamakhilaṃ bhavet kṛtvā bhādrapade māsi śobhanaṃ śāliparvatam
Y tras alimentar a los brāhmaṇas, todo lo prescrito anteriormente queda cumplido. Luego, en el mes de Bhādrapada, debe formarse como ofrenda una auspiciosa «montaña de arroz» (Śāli-parvata): una dádiva conforme al dharma que sostiene la Śiva-pūjā y afloja el pāśa (atadura) del paśu (alma encarnada).

Śiva-tattva is implied as Pati, the Lord who is approached not only by mantra and arcana but also by sattvic charity; such giving helps the pashu move toward freedom from pasha under Śiva’s grace.
A dāna-centered pūjā-vidhi: feeding Brāhmaṇas and preparing the Śāli-parvata offering in Bhādrapada—an external dharmic support to inner Shaiva discipline (Pāśupata-oriented purification).
