शिवार्चनविधिः — देवतानां पाशुपतव्रतप्राप्तिः तथा पशुपाशविमोक्षणम् (अध्याय ८०)
तडागैर् दिर्घिकाभिश् च हेमसोपानपङ्क्तिभिः स्त्रीणां गतिजितैर् हंसैः सेविताभिः समन्ततः
taḍāgair dirghikābhiś ca hemasopānapaṅktibhiḥ strīṇāṃ gatijitair haṃsaiḥ sevitābhiḥ samantataḥ
Por todas partes había estanques de lotos y largos depósitos de agua, alineados con hileras de escalones de oro; y en torno a ellos eran atendidos por cisnes cuya gracia superaba el andar de las mujeres: una escena auspiciosa, digna del Señor (Pati), cuya presencia purifica todo lugar.
