शाक्तेय उवाच अम्ब मङ्गलविभूषणैर् विना देहयष्टिरनघे न शोभते वक्तुमर्हसि तवाद्य कारणं चन्द्रबिंबरहितेव शर्वरी
śākteya uvāca amba maṅgalavibhūṣaṇair vinā dehayaṣṭiranaghe na śobhate vaktumarhasi tavādya kāraṇaṃ candrabiṃbarahiteva śarvarī
Śākteya dijo: «Oh Madre, oh inmaculada: sin los ornamentos auspiciosos tu esbelto cuerpo no resplandece. Dime, por favor, la causa de tu estado presente; pareces la noche privada del disco de la luna».

Indirectly, it points to maṅgala-upacāras (auspicious offerings and adornments) in Śiva-Śakti worship—external ritual mirroring inner Pāśupata discipline where the pashu seeks grace to remove pasha and restore spiritual “luster.”
