स्थानाभिमानिनाम् एतत् स्थानं मन्वन्तरेषु वै अतीतानागतानां वै वर्तन्ते सांप्रतं च ये

Transliteration

sthānābhimāninām etat sthānaṃ manvantareṣu vai atītānāgatānāṃ vai vartante sāṃprataṃ ca ye

Translation

Ésta es la morada asignada a las potencias rectoras que se identifican con sus oficios. A través de los Manvántaras, rige para los que ya pasaron, para los que han de venir y para los que existen ahora mismo.
