एवं संक्षिप्य कथितं लिङ्गार्चनमनुत्तमम् आभ्यन्तरं प्रवक्ष्यामि लिङ्गार्चनमिहाद्य ते
evaṃ saṃkṣipya kathitaṃ liṅgārcanamanuttamam ābhyantaraṃ pravakṣyāmi liṅgārcanamihādya te
Así se ha enseñado en breve la adoración insuperable del Liṅga. Ahora te declararé, aquí y hoy, la adoración interior (mental) del Liṅga, por la cual el Paśu se desata del pāśa y es conducido hacia la gracia del Pati (Śiva).

It marks the transition from a concise description of external Liṅga-arcana to the higher, inner (mental) worship, indicating that true worship culminates in inward realization aligned with Śiva’s grace.
By presenting inner worship as the next and deeper teaching, the verse implies Śiva-tattva is not merely approached through outward offerings but through interiorized devotion and contemplation where Pati is realized as the indwelling Lord.
Ābhyantara (manasa) Liṅga-arcana—inner worship—closely aligned with Pāśupata-oriented discipline where attention, purity of intent, and inward offering become the primary sādhana.
