Adhyaya 22 — शिवानुग्रहः, ब्रह्मतपः, एकादशरुद्राः तथा प्राणतत्त्वम्
प्राणाः प्राणवतां ज्ञेयाः सर्वभूतेष्ववस्थिताः अत्युग्रस्य महत्त्वस्य साधुराचरितस्य च
prāṇāḥ prāṇavatāṃ jñeyāḥ sarvabhūteṣvavasthitāḥ atyugrasya mahattvasya sādhurācaritasya ca
Sabe que los alientos vitales (prāṇas) pertenecen a todos los seres encarnados y moran en cada criatura. Ellos son también la medida por la cual se comprende la grandeza del sumamente Ugra—el Señor terrible y auspicioso—y la conducta establecida que practican los sādhus.
