ब्रह्मनारायणस्तवः — शिवस्य प्रभवत्व-प्रतिपादनम्
शिवो नो भव सर्वत्र यो ऽसि सो ऽसि नमो ऽस्तु ते सूत उवाच य इदं कीर्तयेद्भक्त्या ब्रह्मनारायणस्तवम्
śivo no bhava sarvatra yo 'si so 'si namo 'stu te sūta uvāca ya idaṃ kīrtayedbhaktyā brahmanārāyaṇastavam
Sé para nosotros auspicioso, oh Śiva, en todas partes. Sea cual sea Tu verdadera naturaleza, así eres; salutación a Ti. Dijo Sūta: Quien, con bhakti, recite este himno de alabanza a Brahmā y a Nārāyaṇa, obtiene la gracia que conduce al paśu (el alma atada) hacia el Pati (el Señor), aflojando el pāśa (la atadura).

It functions as a phala-śruti: devotionally reciting the Brahma–Nārāyaṇa hymn is presented as a means to obtain Śiva’s auspicious presence everywhere, aligning the worshipper’s mind toward the Linga as Pati (the Lord) beyond all forms.
Śiva-tattva is indicated as universally auspicious and all-pervading—"be auspicious to us everywhere"—and as the reality that is what it is (yathārtha-svarūpa), beyond limiting descriptions, worthy of unconditional salutation.
Bhakti-kīrtana (devotional recitation) is highlighted; in a Śaiva Siddhānta frame it supports the paśu’s purification and the easing of pāśa, preparing the aspirant for steadier Linga-pūjā and inner Pāśupata-oriented discipline.
