Transliteration

syādannaṃ vārṣikaṃ yasya kuryātprakasaumikīṃ kriyām / pratisaṃvatsaraṃ somaḥ paśuḥ pratyayanaṃ tathā

Translation

Quien tenga medios para ofrecer alimento cada año, debe realizar el rito Saumika según lo prescrito; y cada año debe haber asimismo la ofrenda de Soma, la ofrenda del animal y el rito de pratyayana, de confirmación y renovación.
