Transliteration

haridrānekavārañca snuhīkṣīreṇa bhāvitā / vaṭikār'śovināśāya tallepādvṛṣabhadhvaja / ghoṣāphalaṃ saindhavañca piṣṭvā cārśoharaṃ param

Translation

La cúrcuma, impregnada repetidas veces con el látex lechoso de la snuhī (Euphorbia), debe hacerse en píldoras para destruir las hemorroides. Oh Vṛṣabhadhvaja (Śiva), aplicando esa pasta, y moliendo juntos el fruto ghoṣā y la sal de roca, se obtiene un remedio supremo que elimina las hemorroides.
