Lakshmyutpattivarnanam

यथा दाने तथा स्नाने जपेऽन्यपुण्यकर्मसु । एवं सर्वत्र बोद्धव्यं नराणां कर्मणां फलम्

yathā dāne tathā snāne jape'nyapuṇyakarmasu . evaṃ sarvatra boddhavyaṃ narāṇāṃ karmaṇāṃ phalam

Como es para la caridad, así es para bañarse en ríos sagrados, recitar mantras (Japa) y otros actos meritorios. De esta manera, los frutos de las acciones de los hombres deben entenderse en todas partes.
