सुरुचिस्तं समुत्थाप्य पादावनतमर्भकम् । परिष्वज्याह जीवेति बाष्पगद्गदया गिरा ॥ ४६ ॥
surucis taṁ samutthāpya pādāvanatam arbhakam pariṣvajyāha jīveti bāṣpa-gadgadayā girā
Suruci, la madre menor de Dhruva Mahārāja, al ver que el niño inocente se postraba a sus pies, lo levantó de inmediato, lo estrechó entre sus brazos y, con la voz entrecortada por lágrimas de emoción, lo bendijo diciendo: «Hijo mío, ¡vive muchos años!»
