श्रद्धाय वाक्यं देवर्षेर्हर्षवेगेन धर्षित: । वार्ताहर्तुरतिप्रीतो हारं प्रादान्महाधनम् ॥ ३८ ॥

Transliteration

śraddhāya vākyaṁ devarṣer harṣa-vegena dharṣitaḥ vārtā-hartur atiprīto hāraṁ prādān mahā-dhanam

Translation

Aunque no podía creer del todo las palabras del mensajero, tenía plena fe en la palabra del devarṣi Nārada. Abrumado por la oleada de júbilo ante la noticia, ofreció de inmediato al portador del mensaje un collar de gran valor, con profunda satisfacción.
