Sukta 4
या ते प्राण प्रिया तनूर्यो ते प्राण प्रेयसी । अथो यद् भेषजं तव तस्य नो धेहि जीवसे
yā́ te prā́ṇa priyā́ tanū́r yā́ te prā́ṇa préyasī | átho yád bheṣajáṃ táva tásya no dhehi jīváse ||
That body of thine, O Prāṇa, which is dear, that, O Prāṇa, which is dearest—moreover, whatever remedy is thine, thereof do thou bestow upon us, for life.
Oh Prāṇa, ese cuerpo tuyo que te es querido, oh Prāṇa, el que te es queridísimo; y además, sea cual sea tu remedio (bheṣajá), de él concédenos, para vivir.
