बृहस्पतिराङ्गिरस ऋषयो ब्रह्मसंशिताः । असुरक्षयणं वधं त्रिषंधिं दिव्याश्रयन्

IAST Transliteration

bṛ́haspátir ā́ṅgirasa ṛ́ṣayo bráhma-saṃśitāḥ | asurakṣáyaṇaṃ vadháṃ tri-saṃdhíṃ divy ā́śrayan ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Bṛhaspati, the Angirasa seers, whetted with sacred speech, took their stand in heaven—(framing) the Asura-destroying smiting, the threefold compact.

Translation

Bṛhaspati; los Ṛṣi, los Aṅgiras, afilados por el Brahman (la palabra sagrada), tomaron su puesto en el cielo, apoyándose en lo divino: (forjaron) el golpe destructor de los Asura, el pacto triple.
