Sukta 6

यमबध्नाद् बृहस्पतिर्देवेभ्यो असुरक्षितिम्। स मायं मणिरागमत् सह व्रीहियवाभ्यां महसा भूत्या सह

yám abadʰnād bṛ́haspátir devébhyo ásura-kṣitim | sá māyáṃ maṇír ā́gamat sahá vrī́hi-yavā́bhyāṃ máhasā bhū́tyā sahá ||

Whom Bṛhaspati bound on for the Gods, (to win) the Asura’s stronghold—this Jewel came hither with its wondrous power, together with rice and barley, with greatness, together with thriving weal.

A quien Bṛhaspati ató para los dioses, para ganar la fortaleza de los Asura, — este Joyel vino aquí con su māyā (poder maravilloso): junto con arroz y cebada, con grandeza, junto con bienestar próspero.
