Section on the Origin of Madhuparka and the Procedure for Its Ritual Donation
धरण्युवाच ॥ एवं शास्त्रं मया देव तव वक्त्राद्विनिःसृतम् ॥ श्रुतं सुबहुशश्चैव तृप्तिर्मम न विद्यते
dharaṇy uvāca || evaṃ śāstraṃ mayā deva tava vaktrād viniḥsṛtam || śrutaṃ subahuśaś caiva tṛptir mama na vidyate
Dharaṇī said: O deity, I have heard the teaching that issued from your mouth—indeed heard it many times; yet my satisfaction is not attained.
