सदाचारो निगदितो युष्माभिर्मम सुव्रताः लक्षणं श्रोतुमिच्ःआमि कथयध्वं तमद्य मे
sadācāro nigadito yuṣmābhirmama suvratāḥ lakṣaṇaṃ śrotumicḥāmi kathayadhvaṃ tamadya me
“O you of good vows, you have spoken to me of right conduct (sadācāra). I wish to hear its defining characteristics; tell me those today.”
