भगः शक्तिर्भगवान्काम ईश उभा दाताराविह सौभगानाम् । समप्रधानौ समसत्त्वौ समोजौ तयोः शक्तिरजरा विश्वयोनिः ॥
परिस्रुता हविषा भावितेन प्रसङ्कोचे गलिते वैमनस्कः । शर्वः सर्वस्य जगतो विधाता धर्ता हर्ता विश्वरूपत्वमेति ॥१४-१५॥
भगः । शक्तिः । भगवान् । कामः । ईशः । उभा । दातारौ । इह । सौ-भगानाम् ।
सम-प्रधानौ । सम-सत्त्वौ । सम-ओजौ । तयोः । शक्तिः । अजराः । विश्व-योनिः ॥
परि-स्रुता । हविषा । भावितेन । प्र-सङ्कोचे । गलिते । वै-मनस्कः ।
शर्वः । सर्वस्य । जगतः । विधाता । धर्ता । हर्ता । विश्व-रूपत्वम् । एति ॥१४-१५॥
bhagaḥ śaktir bhagavān kāma īśa ubhā dātārāv iha saubhagānām | samapradhānau samasattvau samojau tayoḥ śaktir ajarā viśvayoniḥ ||
parisrutā haviṣā bhāvitena prasaṅkoce galite vaimanaskaḥ | śarvaḥ sarvasya jagato vidhātā dhartā hartā viśvarūpatvam eti ||14–15||
Bhaga is Power; the Blessed Lord is Kāma, the Sovereign: both here bestow auspicious prosperities. Equal in primacy, equal in being, equal in vigor—of the two, the Power is unaging, the womb of the universe. When the offering is poured all around by the consecrated oblation, in contraction, and when it melts away, dispassion arises. Śarva—ordainer of the whole world, supporter and withdrawer—attains the state of universal form.
