Naadbindu
उत्पन्ने तत्त्वविज्ञाने प्रारब्धं नैव मुञ्चति । तत्त्वज्ञानोदयादूर्ध्वं प्रारब्धं नैव विद्यते ॥
उत्पन्ने । तत्त्व-विज्ञाने । प्रारब्धम् । न । एव । मुञ्चति । तत्त्व-ज्ञान-उदयात् । ऊर्ध्वम् । प्रारब्धम् । न । एव । विद्यते ॥
utpanne tattvavijñāne prārabdhaṃ naiva muñcati | tattvajñānodayād ūrdhvaṃ prārabdhaṃ naiva vidyate ||
When knowledge of Reality arises, prārabdha (karma already set in motion to bear fruit) is not truly something that gets “released”; yet after the dawning of that knowledge of Reality, prārabdha does not exist at all.
When knowledge of Reality has arisen, prārabdha (karma already begun to bear fruit) is not (truly) released; but after the rise of knowledge of Reality, prārabdha does not exist at all.
