एक एवात्मा मन्तव्यो जाग्रत्स्वप्नसुषुप्तिषु । स्थानत्रयव्यतीतस्य पुनर्जन्म न विद्यते ॥११॥

IAST Transliteration

eka evātmā mantavyo jāgrat-svapna-suṣuptiṣu | sthāna-traya-vyatītasya punar-janma na vidyate ||11||

Translation

The Self alone is to be contemplated in the waking, dream, and deep-sleep states. For one who has gone beyond the three states, there is no rebirth.
