मनसा कर्मणा वाचा सज्जनानुपसेवते । यतः कुतश्चिदानीय नित्यं शास्त्राण्यवेक्षते ॥

मनसा । कर्मणा । वाचा । सज्जनान् उपसेवते । यतः कुतश्चित् आनीय । नित्यम् शास्त्राणि अवेक्षते ॥

IAST Transliteration

manasā karmaṇā vācā sajjanān upasevate | yataḥ kutaścid ānīya nityaṃ śāstrāṇy avekṣate ||

Translation

By mind, by deed, and by speech, he attends upon and serves the good. From wherever, from whatever source, having gathered them, he constantly studies the śāstras—the sacred teachings.

By mind, by deed, and by speech he attends upon the good. From wherever, from whatever source, having brought (them), he constantly studies the scriptures.
