A devotee/supplicant (contextually a narrator-voice within the Vāyavīyasaṃhitā addressing Śiva’s appointed attendants/executors of dharma)

Shiva Form: Sadāśiva

Role: liberating
It teaches that those who carry out Śiva’s will deserve reverence, because Śiva’s śāsana (divine ordinance) operates through them; spiritual success ultimately depends on Śiva’s anugraha (grace) rather than ego-driven effort.
In Saguna worship of Śiva as Liṅga, devotion includes honoring what Śiva authorizes—His dharma, His devotees, and His appointed agents—so that the external rite becomes inwardly consecrated and ‘fruitful’ by grace.
Perform pūjā with humility and devotion, seek the blessing (anugraha) of Śiva’s devotees/servants, and dedicate the fruit of kriyā to Śiva—supporting mantra-japa (e.g., the pañcākṣarī) as a grace-oriented practice.
