शिवसंस्कार-दीक्षानिरूपणम् (Śivasaṃskāra and the Typology of Dīkṣā)
वदेद्यदि महामोहाद्रौरवं नरकं व्रजेत् । मनसा कर्मणा वाचा गुरुमुद्दिश्य यत्नतः
vadedyadi mahāmohādrauravaṃ narakaṃ vrajet | manasā karmaṇā vācā gurumuddiśya yatnataḥ
If, out of great delusion, one were to speak against the Guru, one would go to the Raurava hell. Therefore, with earnest effort, one should direct one’s mind, actions, and speech toward the Guru in reverent service.

It teaches that spiritual progress in Shaiva dharma depends on reverence to the Guru; harming the Guru through speech born of delusion is a grave bondage (pāśa) that leads to suffering, while sincere Guru-sevā purifies the seeker.
In Shaiva tradition, the Guru transmits right understanding and method of worship; honoring the Guru safeguards correct Linga-upāsanā and devotion to Saguna Shiva, preventing ego-driven distortions of practice.
Practice tri-karaṇa-śuddhi—purity and alignment of mind, speech, and action—expressed as daily Guru-smaraṇa, respectful speech, and dedicated service (seva) as part of one’s Shaiva sādhanā.
