Whomever you deliberately and with discipline intend, and for whose sake you repeat this sacred knowledge, that person will certainly attain true life and well-being—by the grace of the supreme Lord of Knowledge.
Suta Goswami (narrating the Shiva Purana account to the sages)

It teaches that disciplined repetition of Śiva-centered vidyā (mantra-knowledge), done with clear intention, unfailingly bears fruit—because Śiva as Vidyeśvara is the giver of true vitality, protection, and spiritual upliftment.
In Saguna worship, the devotee approaches Śiva (often through the Liṅga) as Vidyeśvara, the personal Lord who empowers mantra and grants results; the verse emphasizes purposeful japa and devotion directed toward Him.
Regular, disciplined japa (āvartana) of Śiva-mantra/vidyā with a clear saṅkalpa (intention) for a chosen aim or beneficiary—ideally alongside Shaiva observances like purity, restraint (niyama), and devotional focus.
