शिवशङ्खचूडयुद्धवर्णनम् / Description of the Battle between Śiva and Śaṅkhacūḍa

वह्निकूटप्रभा यांती क्षेत्रपालेन सत्वरम् । निरस्तागत्य साजौ वै मुखोत्पन्नमहोल्कया

vahnikūṭaprabhā yāṃtī kṣetrapālena satvaram | nirastāgatya sājau vai mukhotpannamaholkayā

Glowing like a blazing mass of fire, it rushed forward, urged on by Kṣetrapāla. Yet as it entered the fray, it was swiftly repelled by a great fiery meteor that sprang forth from his mouth.
