कुमाराभिषेकवर्णनम् — Description of Kumāra’s Abhiṣeka

हुताशनो ददौ प्रीत्या महाशक्तिं स्वसूनवे । ददौ स्वशस्त्रं निरृतिर्वायव्यास्त्रं समीरणः
hutāśano dadau prītyā mahāśaktiṃ svasūnave | dadau svaśastraṃ nirṛtirvāyavyāstraṃ samīraṇaḥ
Agni (Hutāśana), delighted, lovingly bestowed the great spear (Mahāśakti) upon his own son. Nirr̥ti granted his own weapon, and Samīraṇa (Vāyu, the Wind) bestowed the Vāyavya missile.
