Devī’s Wrath and the Manifestation of the Śaktis

O great-souled Lord, since we have all been born from Your divine radiance, let that very radiance of Yours now return and be reabsorbed—through the efficacious power of Vedic mantras.
Devas (gods) invoking Shiva’s tejas through Vedic mantras
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Type: rudram
The verse affirms Shiva as the primal source of all manifested powers (tejas) and teaches that what arises from Him ultimately returns to Him—highlighting Pati (Shiva) as the ground of origin and dissolution, in harmony with Shaiva Siddhanta.
Invoking Shiva’s tejas through mantra aligns with Saguna upasana: devotees approach the formless (Nirguna) reality via a worshipful focus—often the Shiva Linga—so that grace and power are gathered and centered in Shiva.
Vedic mantra-japa (and by extension Panchakshara japa) with focused intention to invoke and internalize Shiva’s tejas—performed with purity, steady breath, and devotion—so the mind re-centers in Shiva.
