As he walked on, Bharata—mighty-armed and radiant, his heart gladdened—spoke to Śatrughna and to the ministers gathered all around.
In front of that hut Bharata beheld shattered logs of wood and also flowers plucked.
Dharmic leadership is communicative and collective: Bharata includes brother and ministers, acting transparently while pursuing a righteous goal.
As they proceed through the forest, Bharata addresses Śatrughna and the surrounding ministers.
Leadership with purpose—Bharata’s joy suggests hope of meeting Rama and restoring rightful order through dharma.
