Shloka 2.51.10
अयोध्याकाण्डे एकपञ्चाशः सर्गः — Guha’s Vigil and Lakṣmaṇa’s Lament (Night on the riverbank)
यो न देवासुरैः सर्वैः शक्यः प्रसहितुं युधि।तं पश्य सुखसंविष्टं तृणेषु सह सीतया।।।।
yo na devāsuraiḥ sarvaiḥ śakyaḥ prasahituṃ yudhi | taṃ paśya sukhasaṃviṣṭaṃ tṛṇeṣu saha sītayā ||
Behold him, whom even the united forces of gods and demons cannot withstand in battle, now sleeping comfortably on the grass accompanied by Sītā.
Look at that Rama whom all the gods and demons cannot face in war sleeps so comfortably on the grass with Sita.
Lakshmana speaks these words to Guha while keeping watch over Rama and Sita, who are sleeping on a bed of grass during their first night of exile, highlighting the contrast between Rama's power and his current situation.
It illustrates the Dharma of acceptance and adaptability (Tyaga), showing how a mighty warrior capable of conquering worlds accepts the humble life of an ascetic to fulfill his father's promise.
