Rama, all beings—moving and unmoving—are devoted to you; since they plead with you, show devotion in return toward your devotees.

O Rama, all these living beings, movable and immovable, are devoted to you and are entreating you with devotion to return. Show consideration to those supplicants.

R
Rama
A
all beings (bhūta)
M
moving and unmoving beings (jaṅgama/ajaṅgama)

Dharma includes compassionate reciprocity: a worthy leader should respond to sincere devotion and suffering with considerate action.

The speakers broaden the appeal by saying even nature and creatures ‘plead’ with Rama; they urge him to honor the devotion of those who beg him.

Compassionate responsiveness: sensitivity to the devotion and distress of others.
