एकोनचत्वारिंशः सर्गः — Dasaratha’s Lament, Sumantra’s Commission, and Sita’s Vow of Marital Dharma
नरेन्द्रेणैवमुक्तस्तु गत्वा कोशगृहं ततः।प्रायच्छत्सर्वमाहृत्य सीतायै सममेव तत्।।2.39.16।।
narendreṇaivam uktas tu gatvā kośagṛhaṃ tataḥ | prāyacchat sarvam āhṛtya sītāyai samam eva tat || 2.39.16 ||
Thus instructed by the king, he went to the treasury-house, brought everything, and handed it over in full to Sītā.
Ordered thus by the king, the officer went to the treasury, collected all the things and presented them to Sita.
Integrity in execution: dharmic administration means orders are carried out completely and transparently, without withholding or delay.
The treasury officer fulfills Daśaratha’s command and delivers the requested valuables to Sītā.
