तं परिष्वज्य धर्मात्मा आतस्मात्सरयूतटात्।।।।आनयामास ता गोपै स्त्रिजटायाश्रमं प्रति।

Transliteration

taṁ pariṣvajya dharmātmā ā tasmāt sarayū-taṭāt || ānayāmāsa tā gopais trijaṭāyāśramaṁ prati |

Translation

Embracing him, righteous-souled Rāma had the herdsmen drive those cattle—stretching as far as the bank of the Sarayū—toward Trijaṭa’s hermitage.
