Shloka 2.31.31

लक्ष्मणस्य वनानुगमन-प्रतिज्ञा तथा आयुध-संग्रहः (Lakshmana’s Vow to Follow Rama and the Retrieval of Divine Weapons)

तद्धिव्यं राजशार्दूल सत्कृतं माल्यभूषितम्।रामाय दर्शयामास सौमित्रिस्सर्वमायुधम्।।।।

tad divyaṃ rājaśārdūla satkṛtaṃ mālyabhūṣitam | rāmāya darśayāmāsa saumitriḥ sarvam āyudham ||

Then Saumitri (Lakṣmaṇa), O tiger among princes, displayed to Rāma all that divine weaponry—duly honoured and adorned with garlands.

Lakshmana, tiger among princes, brought all those divine weapons sanctified and decorated with garlands and showed them to Rama.

Dharma is to treat instruments of power as sanctified responsibilities—kept, honoured, and handled with ritual propriety rather than pride.
