सा हिरण्यं च गाश्चैव रत्नानि विविधानि च।।।।व्यादिदेश प्रियाख्येभ्यः कौसल्या प्रमदोत्तमा।

Transliteration

sā hiraṇyaṁ ca gāś caiva ratnāni vividhāni ca |

vyādideśa priyākhyebhyaḥ kauśalyā pramadottamā ||

Translation

Kauśalyā, foremost among women, ordered that gold, cows, and various gems be given to the messengers who brought the pleasing news.
