Shloka 2.3.20

यौवराज्याभिषेक-उपकल्पनम् (Preparations for Rama’s Installation as Yuvaraja)

एवं व्यादिश्य विप्रौ तौ क्रियास्तत्र सुनिष्ठितौ।।।।चक्रतुश्चैव यच्छेषं पार्थिवाय निवेद्य च।

evaṃ vyādiśya viprau tau kriyās tatra suniṣṭhitau | cakratuś caiva yaccheṣaṃ pārthivāya nivedya ca ||

Thus the two disciplined brahmins, having given instructions there for the rites, carried out what remained to be done and reported it to the king.

The two highly selfdisciplined ascetics (Vasistha and Vamadeva), having ordered the tasks to be performed and whatever remained to be done reported to the king.

Dharma is shown as responsible execution: competent authorities not only instruct but also ensure completion and transparent reporting.

The royal priests oversee the preparations, complete pending tasks, and formally inform Daśaratha of progress.
