कौशल्याया मङ्गलविधानम् — Kausalya’s Benedictions and Protective Rites for Rama
अरोगं सर्वसिद्धार्थमयोध्यां पुनरागतम्।पश्यामि त्वां सुखं वत्स सुस्थितं राजवर्त्मनि।।2.25.41।।
arogaṃ sarvasiddhārtham ayodhyāṃ punarāgatam | paśyāmi tvāṃ sukhaṃ vatsa susthitaṃ rājavartmani || 2.25.41 ||
O my dear child, may I see you return again to Ayodhyā—healthy, having achieved every purpose—happy and firmly established on the royal path.
O my son! I shall be happy to behold you back in Ayodhya in sound healthsuccessful in your objectives and firmly established in the kingdom.
Dharma culminates in rightful stability: after fulfilling duty, one returns to restore order and serve the kingdom in truth.
Kausalyā voices her hope that Rāma will complete the exile-obligation and return to assume his rightful royal role.
Confidence in Rāma’s steadfastness—faith that he will fulfill obligations and re-establish righteous rule.
